A stable place to land. A real place to start again.

Ascent Living is a transitional housing project for people coming home on parole in Sonoma County. We’re starting where reentry has to start — with housing — and building the program from there.

Coming Home

The first thing you need coming home is an address.

Release day comes with a list of obligations — check-ins, appointments, conditions to meet, people to answer to. Almost all of it is harder without a stable place to sleep, keep your things, and receive mail.

Ascent Living exists to provide that first stable base in Sonoma County: transitional housing for people on parole, so the work of rebuilding a life starts from solid ground instead of from a shelter bed, a couch, or the street.

We are a new project, and we’re being straightforward about that. This page says plainly what’s confirmed, what’s still being built, and how to reach us — and it will grow as the program does.

The Housing

Starting with housing — on purpose.

We’re building Ascent Living one piece at a time, beginning with the piece everything else depends on.

  • A safe, stable home

Transitional housing in Sonoma County for people on parole — a dependable place to live while you get your footing.

  • A real address

An address for mail, appointments, and parole check-ins — the small, practical anchor that so much of reentry runs on.

  • Time and steadiness

Room to settle, reconnect with family, and plan your next steps without scrambling for a place to sleep each night.

More will come as we build. Additional support will be added as the program grows, and it will be listed here only once it’s confirmed. We’d rather tell you exactly what’s real today than promise things that aren’t in place yet.
Who It’s For

Built for the people doing the work of coming home — and the people helping them.
